Almost 20 families were affected by the sudden flood made by the blocked drainage and continuous heavy rains along the road. In response to this problem, they come up with an idea of putting a hundred sacks of rocks in the left side of the street and make it a way that will help everyone cross that without being harm in the possible diseases in flood. They all work together and contribute some money for all the expenses of the bridge-way. According to one of the residents, Mr.Rudy de Guzman, the bags of rocks help them a lot in preventing the water to come into their houses and in avoiding diseases that mighy get from the flood, most specially to the children who daily cross that avenue. |
