by Marve SanggalangThat thing called paranoid human beings always have a question, questions that make their lives complicated, consume a huge time in wondering and finding the answers and questions that will hinder them from falling sleep.
Asking questions is a good sign that you are aware of your environment, you care for the people or things around you and sometimes or I should say most of the time human beings create questions out of nowhere when they are depressed this is what they call “Paranoid” human brain tend to create problems and questions that don't even exist. Do questions like what if? Do I really have a purpose? Can I make it? Etc. Here are two major reasons why a person feels so Paranoid. He/She had a traumatic experience. A person who has a traumatic experience tend to lose their self-esteem. Just for example back when you were a child you've experienced being bullied that experience you have will register to your mind. Since human brain remembers bad memories than good ones that are the reason why every time you face the public and try to socialize with other people, you always think and ask yourself questions that will only lower your confidence. He/She is a negative thinker This is when a person exposes to an extreme sadness and undergo a great fall. Once a person encounter defeat, regret and failing his/her mind always remind him/her that in every action he/she going to make he/she will question his/her capability and even his/her own self. The outcome of his/her actions will always be negative as what he/she is thinking and sadly he/she will keep on asking his/herself questions that will only lead him/her to failing on doing something because there is no focus. His/Her mind is full of negativity that is why it somehow affects his/her actions. The best way to fight the feeling of being paranoid is to talk to yourself build your own confidence, Self talk really helps a lot. The best help you can have is not to the person around you but to your own self. Don't think too much.
