However, data coming from George Pounis the lead author of the Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico (IRCCS) reveal that eating pasta makes your waist circumference lower and better waist-hip proportion. They also show in the data that the carbohydrate in pasta actually helps you shed a pound and not gain them. In a research which was published in a Nutrition and Diabetes journal they evaluated the diets of 23,000 people in two large epidemiological studies: Moli-sani and INHES (Italian Nutrition & Health Survey). I showed that the high-carb Mediterranean staple is actually linked to a decrease in body mass index. The Mediterranean diet is also known as one of the most nutritious and effective meals in weight-loss control. The solution for your weight-loss goal has been always here!
